Madison Research is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kratos Defense &
Security Solutions, Inc.
Founded in 1986, Madison Research Corporation grew into a
successful engineering and IT services small business with a broad base
of government customers. Because of our company’s success, we were
acquired by Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc., in October 2006
and became Madison Research Division of Kratos. We are a part of the
larger Kratos Weapon Systems Solutions Division, providing products and
services to state, federal, and local governments.
Combining the Strength of Expertise
Kratos Defense & Security Solutions is an innovative provider of
mission-critical support solutions. Kratos is a US-owned firm that
works primarily for the US government, but we also perform work for
state and local agencies. The overall Kratos principal services include
network and systems engineering services; advanced data center
operations; command, control, communications, computing, intelligence,
surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR); security and surveillance
systems; weapon systems lifecycle support; military weapon range
operation and technical services; and critical infrastructure design and
integration services.
